📆 BTS Arirang World Tour Busan Dates & Location

Busan holds a special meaning to BTS, as two members, Jimin and Jungkook, were born here. So, it’s no surprise to see the city in the lineup of the BTS Arirang World Tour. The K-pop boy band will perform there for two consecutive days on June 12 and 13. In case you haven’t already figured it out, this concert coincides with BTS’s debut anniversary (June 13). Our boys will celebrate their 13th anniversary with Busan ARMYs; it will also be a homecoming for Jimin and Jungkook.
The Busan shows are part of a larger BTS Arirang World Tour that will span over 82 shows across 34 cities in 23 countries. Busan is the third concert location following Seoul (April 9, 11, & 12) and Tokyo (April 17 & 18). The world tour marks the comeback of OT7 since their hiatus for military enlistment. It is named after their upcoming studio album, Arirang (2026), and will feature a 360-degree in-the-round stage setup. With this stage design, fans will be able to enjoy the performance from all sides of the venue.

💜 Things To Do In Busan For ARMYs
🏫 Look Back At Jimin’s Dancer Days At Busan High School Of Arts

- Address: 20 Cheyukgongwon-ro, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Getting There: Take the Busan Metro Line 1 to Yeongseonwi Intersection Station, then walk for 15 minutes to the school.
- Social Media: Official Website
As mentioned earlier, Busan is Jimin and Jungkook’s hometown, so it has long been an ARMY pilgrimage. First, follow the traces of Jimin at the Busan High School of Arts. Jimin has fondly spoken about the school and proudly reminisced about his dancing days several times. He entered the high school as a top student and learned modern dance for some time before being selected as a Big Hit trainee. Later, Jimin replaced around 1200 tables for his juniors in the school. He also donated 100 million won to help Busan students. Busan High School of Arts even honored Jimin with an honorary diploma in 2022. There is no better place to start your Busan itinerary than at this destination. 💡 Tip: Book a guided tour as the school is closed to the public during class hours and not open for self-guided visits.
🎓 Visit Hoedong Elementary

- Address: 217 Geumsa-ro, Geumsa-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
Before Busan High School of Arts, Jimin attended Hoedong Elementary School and Yonsan Middle School. The former has been an ARMY pilgrimage for a while now. Unfortunately, the elementary school was closed down in February 2018 due to dwindling student numbers. It has since been converted into Hoedong Maru, aka the Center for Nutrition Education for Elementary School Students. Jimin’s father attended the school’s last graduation ceremony and distributed 60 signed BTS CDs to students who were present. While the site has changed a lot from Jimin’s childhood days, it is still a memorable place to visit for BTS fans.
🎨 Check Out Jimin & Jungkook’s Murals At Gamcheon Culture Village

- Address: 203 Gamnae 2-ro, Saha-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Getting There: Take the Busan Metro Line 1 to Toseong Station, use Exit 6, walk straight, and turn right at the first junction onto Kkachigogae-ro. Walk towards the bus stop to take the Sakha 1/1-1 bus to reach Gamcheon Culture Village’s entrance.
- Social Media: Official Website
Go on a mural tour in Gamcheon Culture Village. Originally formed by refugees during the Korean War, arriving here feels like stepping into an animated village. Its layered streets, twisted labyrinth-like alleys, colorful roofs, and artworks surrounding the area make anyone’s head turn. The highlight is Jimin and Jungkook’s mural next to the ‘Hanji Workshop.’ It is beautifully done, where both members are drawn wearing a white shirt and holding a rose. Another mural of OT7 members has been added to the opposite mall. Both are highly recommended photo spots for ARMYs traveling to Busan. 💡 Tip: Rent a hanbok and take authentic pictures in Gamcheon Culture Village.
🌳 Relax At Busan Citizens Park

- Address: 73 Simingongwon-ro, Busanjin District, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 5 AM – 12 AM
- Getting There: Take the Busan Metro Line 1 to Bujeon Station, use Exit 5 or 7, then walk towards the park’s entrance.
- Social Media: Official Website
Busan is not only associated with Jimin and Jungkook; other BTS members also have a fair share of their spots here. For instance, Busan Citizens Park is renowned for V’s photo spots among ARMYs. V took a stroll and snapped a couple of photos before BTS’s concert in 2019. The path that Kim Taehuyng took is now called the “V Road,” where BTS fans follow V’s footsteps, holding a black umbrella just like V did in his photos. In addition to recreating Taehyung’s photos, check out Busan Citizens Park’s man-made white sand beach, a musical fountain, and other scenic spots.
🌊 Walk Above The Waves At Oryukdo Skywalk

- Address: 137 Oryukdo-ro, Nam-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Getting There: Take the Line 1 to Busan Station, exit, and take Bus 27 to Oryukdo SK View Humun stop.
- Social Media: Official Website
I can’t miss adding the Oryukdo Skywalk while discussing things to do in Busan for ARMYs. This free-admission cantilever walkway with a glass floor is a must-visit destination in the region, which is located on a 35-meter-high coastal cliff. Walk through the 15-meter glass walkway to get stunning views of the East and South seas crashing below. You will also get a sweeping scenario of the Oryukdo Islands and dramatic coastal landscapes. Jimin introduced this skywalk on his vlog a few years back, and since then, it has been an ARMY pilgrimage.
🏖️ Stop By Jimin’s Favorite Dadaepo Beach

- Address: 680 Dadae-ro, Dadae-dong, Saha-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 24 hours
- Getting There: Take the Line 1 to Dadaepo Beach, use Exit 4, and walk towards the beach.
Busan has many beaches; however, Dadaepo Beach holds a special meaning to BTS fans as it is Jimin’s favorite. After Bangtan TV released Jimin’s 7-minute vlog from 2016, the beach became the hottest destination and even ranked as the second-highest location selected by BTS fans visiting Korea. It was also a filming location for the K-drama My Youth (2025). Similar to our Jiminie, visit Dadaepo Beach during the sunset and make a wish for your future. Who knows, it might come true just like Jiminie’s!
🍳 Try Egg Mandu At Seodong Maze Market

- Address: 16 Seodong-ro 141beon-gil, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 9:30 AM – 8 PM
- Getting There: Take the Busan Metro Line 4 to Seodong Station, use Exit 3, then walk for 14 minutes.
Experience Busan’s culinary scene at Seodong Maze Market. Located near Pusan National University, it consists of three markets: Traditional Alley Market, Seodong Market, and Seodong Local Market. As its name indicates, Seodong Maze Market is like a maze with various sections branching off in different directions. The must-do thing here is trying egg mandu (egg dumplings), Jimin’s favorite from childhood days. It resembles a pancake made of eggs and noodles, and is super affordable (around 1,500 won per serving). Another must-try dish is Kalguksu, handmade, knife-cut noodles served in a savory broth. 💡 Tip: Try egg mandu at Manna Bunsik, where Jimin frequently ate during his childhood.
🎒 Visit Baekyang Elementary & Middle School

- Address: Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Getting There: Take Busan Metro Line 3 to Mandeok Station. The elementary school is 600 meters north of the station.
So far, we have listed things to do in Busan for Jimin’s fans; now, let’s move on to Jungkook-related spots. The first must-visit place is Baekyang Elementary School, where Jungkook studied from grades 1 to 6. This is a perfect place to look back at our maknae’s adorable childhood days when he just begun his school life. The schoolyard where Jungkook played, and the classes he attended, are still there for us to admire. After touring the school building, walk a little further to visit Baekyang Middle School. Jungkook studied there until he became a Big Hit trainee at 15.
🍗 Try Duck Dishes Of Mandeok Duck Folk Village 만덕레고마을

- Address: 40 Eunhaengnamu-ro 23beon-gil, 만덕제2동 Buk-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Getting There: Take the Subway Line 2 to Deokcheon Station.
- Social Media: Official Website
You can’t miss Jungkook’s hometown during your Busan trip. Part of Mandeok-dong, Mandeok Duck Folk Village is a renowned tourist attraction in the region. As its name indicates, the village features over 20 duck meat stops and specializes in a variety of duck dishes, including thick oriental medicinal duck soup and spicy duck bulgogi. Foodies from all around are attracted by the village’s aromatic duck dishes that typically use fresh ingredients and Korean cooking techniques. Try them to find out what our golden maknae ate while growing up at the village.
📿 Escape From The City At Byeongpungam Rock Seokbulsa Temple (Seokbulsa)

- Address: 143-79 Mandeokgogae-gil, Buk-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM
Since you are already at Mandeok Duck Folk Village, you might as well explore nearby attractions. If you prefer quietness and nature, Byeongpungam Rock Seokbulsa Temple is your destination. Built into the sides of sandstone cliffs on Mt. Geumjeong, this temple is a work of art and a must-visit temple in Busan. The highlight is the stone Buddha relics carved into the cliff that also give the shrine its name. Seokbulsa also offers sweeping views of Maneok-dong. It is usually less crowded, so expect to enjoy a peaceful time on your own. Be mindful, you have to hike up the mountain to reach the temple. It might take 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your fitness level.
Getting To Seokbulsa:
- Take Busan Metro Line 1 to Oncheonjang Station.
- Use Exit 1 and walk south.
- Cross the main road at the first major intersection and walk uphill towards Geumjeongsan.
- Arrive at Geumgang Park, enter it, and follow the signs to the Cable Car Station.
- After you get off the cable car at the top, your hike to Seokbulsa begins.

😋 BTS Approved Restaurants In Busan
☕ ZM-ILLENIAL (Jimin’s Dad’s Cafe)

- Address: 135 Jinnam-ro, Nam-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 10 AM – 10 PM
- Getting There: Take the Busan Metro Line 2 to Motgol Station, use Exit 4, then walk uphill towards the cafe.
- Social Media: Official Instagram
What could be more BTS-approved than a cafe owned by their members’ families? I am talking about ZM-ILLENIAL, aka Cafe Magnate, a mecca for ARMYs worldwide. Papa Jimin is the owner of the cafe, which was initially a manufacturing plant for nearly half a decade. Today, it is a modern cafe with a carefully planned interior with touches of luxury here and there. Expect to see art installations and Jimin-inspired artworks on the walls of the cafe. The menu is equally diverse, offering coffee, tea, ice cream, and desserts. As this place is famous, expect to queue up for hours.
Manna Bunsik 맛나분식 (Jimin’s Favorite)

- Address: 42-4 Seodongsijang-gil, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: 11 AM – 8:30 PM
- Getting There: Take the Subway Line 4 to Seodong Station, then use Exit 1.
- Social Media: Official Instagram
Manna Bunsik (Matna Bunsik) deserves its own spot when mentioning BTS-approved restaurants in Busan. Located within the Seodong Maze Market, Jimin often frequented this long-standing restaurant during his childhood. Its signature dish is egg mandu, which is also highly Jimin-approved. The process of making egg dumplings itself is a spectacle at Matna Bunsik. The owner imonim spreads the egg batter on the pan, adds the necessary ingredients, and cooks it on both sides until it is golden and crispy. In addition to egg mandu, try the restaurant’s tteokbokki and kimchi fried rice.
🍽️ Yongmungak 용문각 (Another Jimin’s Fav)

- Address: 149 Geumsa-ro, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea; Google Map
- Opening Hours: Monday-Saturday: 11 AM – 9 PM | Sunday: Closed
- Getting There: Take Metro Line 4 to Geumsa Station, use Exit 3, then take a taxi to the restaurant.
Let’s follow that up with Yongmungak, Jiminie’s other favorite restaurant, which is run by his dad’s close friend. This Chinese restaurant is in the neighborhood where Jimin grew up, and the man often frequented it with his family as a child. The spot is a pure haven for Jimin fans, which features many pictures of the idol from his selfies to professional photos. It also has a section full of Chimmy dolls from the BT21 universe. Moreover, Jimin has personally left a handwritten note, thanking the restaurant for keeping his memories alive, alongside his autograph. If this doesn’t make you consider, Yongmungak’s delicious black bean sauce noodles, fried dumplings, and Tangsuyuk surely will!
