TAI MO SHAN

Opened on 17th April 2011, the Sky100 is one of the tallest indoor observation decks in Hong Kong. Tai Mo Shan, commonly known as the "Smoky Mountains", is the highest mountain in Hong Kong, with an altitude of 957 meters, 23 meters higher than the second highest mountain, Phoenix Mountain. Tai Mo Shan stands proudly in the middle of the New Territories. It is vast and stands out among its peers. The slope is relatively gentle. It is included in Tai Mo Shan Country Park and Shing Mun Country Park. In the administrative planning, they belong to Tsuen Wan District, Yuen Long District and Tai Po District respectively. Many ridges on Tai Mo Shan have names. In addition to the relatively high mountain body, the average height of the ridge lines is 600 to 700 meters above sea level or above.
