Start your day at Yahava KoffeeWorks enjoying coffee made from bean to cup, tour one of the region's iconic caves (Mammoth Cave).You'll also stop at Mchenry Hohnen bio-dynamic farming, and learn about minimal intervention wine-making, while you enjoy single-vineyard wine with complimentary meats, cheese and crackers. Next, it's time to enjoy a seated wine tasting including a 3-course lunch with 2 glasses of wine at Vasse Felix. After lunch visit a chocolate stop before moving onto Vasse Virgin to indulge in olive oil skincare products and gourmet foods before finishing off with a cleansing ale at Wild Hop Brewery or West Winds Distillery (guest expense)

Enjoy a self-guided audio tour through Mammoth Caves. Experience native Australian Bushland, a range of unique fossils, and the beautiful interior of the cave.

Mammoth Cave self-guided tours allow visitors to explore by themselves, while listening to an informative 'audio tour' available in English, French, German, Malay, or Mandarin. This is the easiest of the caves to tour, with the first chamber accessible by wheelchair. Entering the cave through native bushland along a gently sloping boardwalk, visitors can explore the natural time capsule at their own pace. The cave once contained over 10,000 fossils, many of which were the remains of long-extinct giant animals known as Australian Megafauna. Visitors can even view a 50,000-year-old 'zygomaturus' jawbone embedded in the cave wall. After exploring the cave, visitors can take an optional bushwalk back to the guide's station and enjoy the magnificent marri and karri forest surrounding the cave.
