For two hours, you will enjoy an evening of Polish culture and traditions watching a folk band with exceptional dancing, singing, and colorful regional costumes. Enjoy the historic venue, Jama Michalika Café, in a historic tenement house called Berezowska, built in the 15th century. It once served as a hub for the city’s bohemian crowd. See the paintings and caricatures of Krakow artists, writers, and journalists here. See the performance of the legend of Lajkonik During the first 25 minutes of the show, you will see the performers showcase national dances and folk traditions. Enjoy the legend of the Lajkonik, one of the city’s unofficial symbols—a bearded man dressed in Mongol attire with a wooden horse around his waist—and the Bugle Call. All the dances are arranged and prepared by a professional choreographer. Enjoy your Polish dinner and dance with the performers Next, feast on your three-course dinner of traditional Polish fare. Enjoy your meal in the lively atmosphere of the venue. The menu includes some of the most traditional dishes from Krakow, and you can also sample Jama Michalika’s craft beer and local wines (at an extra cost).
