Our Hakata specialty "Torikawa" is made by wrapping chicken skin around a skewer, grilling and drying it over and over again to remove excess fat, making it crispy and packed with flavor. There are three flavors: sauce, salt, and soy sauce. We also have a lineup of over 50 other skewers, from standard skewers to unusual dishes!
