Patisserie Lotus was opened by a chef who trained for about three and a half years at "Atelier Kota", which is based in Kagurazaka. In addition to takeout cakes and baked goods, we offer freshly made sweets in a "counter dessert" style, where the sweets are made in front of the customer after receiving an order.

To celebrate, we will be operating in different formats over the next four days: Bistro Chatun Briand Kagurazaka on Thursday, March 5th, Izakaya Choji on Friday, March 6th, Steak Miyano on Saturday, March 7th, and Secret Restaurant on Sunday, March 8th.
