The new one is in neo-Gothic style and contains in its structure the historical symbols of the city: at the top of its tower, there’s a statue of a child in a tunic called “Münchner Kindl“, while the “Glockenspiel” is a gigantic clock-carillon with statues that stage a small “ballet” three times a day. The old town hall is opposite the new one, in the same square; It dates back to 1310 and inside its tower, you can visit the toy museum.

NYMPHENBURG PALACE

DEUTSCHES MUSEUM
