Duration varies significantly depending on whether you choose a quick afternoon paddle or a multi-day expedition. Most tours last between 2 and 3 hours, which is ideal for a half-day activity. No, language barriers should not prevent you from joining. We find that tours are offered in three languages: English, Lithuanian, and Russian. Since English is widely available, international travellers can comfortably book these experiences without needing to know the local language. Always double-check the specific listing details when booking to confirm the guide's language capabilities.

The market is heavily skewed toward self-guided experiences, which make up about 80% of the options we compare. These are often more budget-friendly and offer flexibility. If you prefer independence and lower costs, the self-guided routes are the dominant choice; if you want personal attention, you will need to look specifically for the few private listings available.
