Most experiences run between 5.6 and 11.6 hours, with a median duration of about 8.8 hours. Because these are full-day excursions rather than quick stopovers, you should plan for a significant portion of your day. The longer durations often include additional stops or more relaxed pacing in the nature reserves.

Yes, privacy is a standout feature here. Roughly half (50%) of the tours we compare are private tours. This is unusually high for this type of activity and allows small groups to set their own pace. The other half are standard guided group tours, so you have a clear choice depending on whether you prefer exclusivity or social interaction.

Convenience is built into many of these packages. About two-thirds (67%) of the options include both pickup and drop-off at your hotel. Since transportation is a key part of the experience, having this included saves you the hassle of navigating public transit or arranging separate transfers to the falls.

Guides are available in English and Spanish. These are the only two languages currently listed across the platforms we monitor. If you require guidance in another language, you would need to look for self-guided audio options or verify directly with the provider, as no other languages appear in our current data.

Travelers primarily get around via bus (used in roughly 67% of tours) and occasionally by cable car (about 33%). Bus transport is the standard method for reaching the site, while cable car access offers a unique scenic alternative for a smaller share of the available experiences.
