Best End of the World Train Tickets & Tours

Across the 28 tour options we compare on booking platforms, prices generally range from $72 to $190, with a median price of around $130. While you may see listings starting as low as $51 or going up to $224, the bulk of well-rated experiences fall within that core band. This variation often reflects differences in group size, inclusion of hotel transfers, and whether the package is a basic ticket or a guided nature experience.

Most travellers should plan for a commitment of 2 to 6 hours, with the median experience lasting about 5 hours. Because nearly half of the options are structured as day trips or longer sightseeing tours rather than quick rides, it is wise to check the specific itinerary before booking. If you have a tight schedule, look for shorter train-only segments, though these may exclude the surrounding nature stops that many visitors enjoy.

Yes, but they are a niche choice. Only 4 of the 28 options (about 14%) are tagged as eco-friendly by their providers. Since the primary theme of this attraction is nature (96% of options), most tours inherently involve outdoor exploration, but only a small handful explicitly market themselves with sustainable practices. If environmental impact is your top priority, filter specifically for those tagged options when comparing across platforms.

Booking ahead is highly recommended. While 14 options (roughly 50%) offer instant confirmation, only 1 option (about 4%) is currently flagged as likely to sell out. However, given the high demand for this landmark, relying on same-day availability is risky. Most of the better-priced guided tours and those including hotel pickup require advance reservation to secure your preferred time slot.

You will find good multilingual support, with tours offered in 8 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Russian, German, and Japanese. Since 54% of the options include a guide, you are not limited to audio-only experiences if you speak one of these languages. When filtering your search, be sure to select your preferred language early, as not every operator offers all eight.

Inclusions vary significantly depending on whether you choose a basic ticket or a full guided experience. The most common inclusions are:

• Entry Ticket Included: Found in 54% of options.
• Guide Included: Also present in 54% of options.
• Hotel Pickup and Drop-off: Available in roughly 25% of options.
• Train Ticket Included: Specific to 14% of options, which often bundle transport with other activities.

Always check the fine print, as some lower-priced options may only cover the ride itself without transfers or commentary.

Reviewers frequently use words like "excellent," "wonderful," and "maravillosa" to describe the paisajes (landscapes) and the overall experience. It stands out as a highlight for nature lovers, who make up the majority of the visitor base.
