Top-Rated Balinese Dance Class in Ubud Tours

When comparing the options we track across booking platforms, prices for these dance classes generally fall between $20 and $52, with a median price of around $28. The typical spread ranges from $19 to $63 depending on the specific instructor or venue. While some listings may show lower entry points, those often reflect partial add-ons rather than the full class experience.

Most of the experiences we compare focus heavily on the instructional aspect, with 100% categorized as Dance Classes and Art-themed activities. Regarding what is provided during the session:

• 40% of options include a guide
• 40% explicitly provide an instructor

This means that while half of the tours offer structured guidance, you should check the specific listing to confirm if professional instruction is guaranteed or if it is more of a self-guided cultural exploration.

Duration varies significantly across the five options we compare. Sessions typically run between 1 hour and 2.8 hours, with a median duration of about 2.5 hours. If you are planning your day in Ubud, it is wise to block out at least two to three hours to account for the class itself plus any travel time to the venue.

The data provided for these specific dance class listings does not indicate accessibility features. Since the inventory is small and focused on performance-based activities, travelers with mobility requirements should contact the specific operator directly through their booking platform to verify if the venue can accommodate their needs.

Only one option (20%) offers instant confirmation, suggesting that most classes require advance booking to secure a spot. Additionally, just one option (20%) allows for free cancellation, so flexibility is limited. Given the high average rating of 4.93 stars across 45 pooled reviews, popular slots likely fill up quickly, making early reservation advisable.

The thematic focus is primarily on Art (100%) and Cultural (100%) experiences, which generally appeals to a broad audience including beginners interested in traditional Balinese movement. However, because the data does not explicitly tag these tours as 'family-friendly' or specify age restrictions, it is best suited for travelers who are comfortable with moderate physical activity and cultural immersion rather than casual sightseeing.

All the options we compare are offered in English. This makes them accessible for international travelers without needing local language skills, though it is worth noting that the cultural context and instructions will be delivered entirely in English by the guides or instructors.
