Best Palazzo Madama Tours & Tickets

When comparing the 18 options we track across booking platforms, most tours cost between $17 and $81, with a median price of $53. While you may see listings ranging from $12 to $175 depending on group size and inclusions, the majority of visitors will find options clustered in that lower band. We recommend checking specific listings for any add-on fees.

The duration varies by format, but most tours last between 1.5 and 4 hours, with a median time of about 2 hours. You can generally choose between shorter self-guided experiences or longer guided walks, so check the specific itinerary details before booking to ensure it fits your schedule.

Skip-the-line access is available but not universal. About one-third of the options we compare (6 of 18) include this feature. If you are visiting during peak season or want to minimize waiting time at the entrance, look specifically for tours labeled as including skip-the-line entry rather than assuming all guided visits offer it.

You have a wide selection of language options. Tours are offered in 8 languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Traditional Chinese, and Portuguese. This makes it easier to find a guide who matches your preference, though availability for specific times may vary by platform.

Private tours exist but are rare. Only one option (6% of the total) is listed as a private tour. The vast majority of choices are shared group experiences. If you require a private guide for the Palazzo Madama, you will need to filter specifically for that single listing among the broader catalog.

The aggregated sentiment is very strong, with an average rating of 4.45 stars across 287 pooled reviews. A recurring theme in positive feedback is the quality of the guidance, with many travelers noting it is a "très bonne visite" (very good visit). Reviews are overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the historical depth of the museum tours.

Most comprehensive tours include more than just entry. Specifically:
