Across the options we compare, prices generally range from $124 to $324, with a median around $240. Since most tours include transportation and tastings, these figures represent the full value rather than just an entry fee.

The vast majority of tours are private experiences. About 79% of the options we compare (11 of 14) are classified as private tours. This means if you book one of these popular slots, you will likely have a dedicated guide and vehicle for your party only. Shared group tours are less common in this specific category.

These excursions are full-day commitments. The duration typically spans 8.3 to 11.7 hours, with a median length of about 10 hours. Because the wineries are spread out across the valley, you should plan to be away from Tijuana for most of the day, including travel time between stops.

Booking ahead is highly recommended. Review sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with roughly 99% of analysed reviews being favourable. Travelers frequently use words like "wonderful," "unique," and "highly recommend" when describing their experiences. Additionally, 86% of options (12 of 14) offer instant confirmation, but securing your preferred date ensures you get the best guides and vehicles before they sell out.

Guides are available in three main languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese. While Spanish is the local language, English-speaking guides are widely accessible given the international tourist traffic. If you prefer Portuguese, you should verify availability at the time of booking, as that option may have fewer listings than the others.
