The options we compare across booking platforms generally fall between $292 and $682, with a median cost of around $330. While you may see listings starting as low as $179 or going up to $845, the bulk of available experiences sit in that mid-range bracket.

Yes, about half of the tours we compare (50%) are offered as private experiences. This is an unusually high share for this type of destination, making it easier to find a bespoke itinerary if you prefer traveling with just your own group rather than joining a larger crowd.

Inclusions vary by operator, but roughly half of the options include a professional guide. About a third of the tours offer hotel pickup and drop-off, which is valuable given the remote location. Taxes are also included in approximately one-third of the listings.

Guides provide services in English and Arabic. Since all six options we track support these two languages, you should have no trouble finding a guide who can communicate effectively regardless of your preference.

Booking a guided tour is highly recommended because local operators often manage logistics that are difficult to coordinate independently. Reviewers frequently mention the lack of independent tour operators in the area, noting that guided trips provide access to breathtaking views and enjoyable experiences that might be missed otherwise.

Flexibility is excellent for this activity. All six tour options we compare across platforms offer free cancellation, and they also provide instant confirmation. This means you can secure your spot immediately while retaining the ability to adjust your plans later without penalty.
