In terms of activity, the most common format is a Sightseeing Tour (67% of options), followed by dedicated Hiking experiences (33%). If you prefer relaxed exploration over strenuous trekking, the majority of available tours align with that style.

Inclusions vary by provider, but here is what is most common:

• Meals Included: Roughly two-thirds of the options provide food as part of the package.
• Guide Included: About half of the tours come with a professional guide.

Since not all options include both, it is worth checking the specific itinerary details before booking if dining or local expertise is a priority for you.

You will find tours available in 4 languages: English, Italian, Albanian, and Spanish. English-speaking guides are widely available across the major booking platforms, ensuring that communication barriers are minimal for international travellers.

Transportation methods are mixed, reflecting the rugged terrain of the region. The most common ways tours get around include:

• Ferry: Used in about half of the options, likely for crossing lakes or rivers.
• Car: Approximately one-third of tours use vehicle transport for longer distances.
• Walking: A third of the experiences involve walking, which is essential for the hiking components.

Many travellers combine these methods, so be prepared for a mix of short boat rides and scenic drives.

Booking ahead is advisable, especially since 83% of the options are group tours, which can fill up during peak seasons. Regarding sustainability, only one option (17%) is tagged as eco-friendly across the platforms we compare. This tag is loosely applied by providers rather than indicating strict certification, but it does signal a focus on responsible travel practices for those who prioritize it.
