Yes, private tours are a significant part of the market here. About half of the options we compare (34 out of 67) are tagged as private tours. This format allows you to tailor the itinerary and pace to your group, though it typically comes at a premium compared to joining a small group. If you prefer flexibility and exclusivity, this is a widely available choice.

Most tours last between 4 and 8 hours, with a median duration of about 5 hours. This timeframe usually covers hotel pickup, several key cultural sites, and drop-off back at your accommodation. Shorter half-day options exist but are less common, while longer full-day excursions are rare for this specific city tour category.

You can book these tours in 8 different languages: English, Arabic, Italian, German, Czech, French, Hungarian, and Slovak. This wide linguistic coverage makes it easier to find a guide who speaks your preferred language, especially if you are travelling from Europe or the Middle East. Always check the specific listing details to confirm language availability before booking.

Inclusions vary significantly by provider. While 46% of options include a professional guide, only about a quarter provide transport (25%), and roughly one-fifth include hotel pickup and drop-off (22%). Drinks and taxes are less commonly included, appearing in only 10% of listings. It is important to read the fine print, as many prices reflect just the service fee, with transport and tips potentially added later.
