Most packages are all-inclusive for the day, but what you get depends on the specific listing. The most common inclusions are:

• A guide (included in roughly half of the options)
• Meals (about one-third of tours)
• Hotel pickup and drop-off (offered by about one in seven options)
• Boat ride access (standard for nearly all tours)

Since only 14% of options include dinner, it is worth checking if your selected tour provides lunch or just snacks before booking.

You should plan for a full-day commitment. The duration typically spans from 6.6 hours to 1 day, with a median time of 7.5 hours. This accounts for travel time to the rafting site, the white water rafting activity itself, and the evening firefly cruise. Because these are group tours, start times can vary, so confirm the exact schedule when you book.

This experience is primarily designed for nature lovers and families, which together make up the largest share of suitable groups. It also appeals to couples looking for a romantic evening setting. Since 100% of the options are nature-themed and focus on wildlife, it is less ideal for those seeking purely urban sightseeing or high-intensity adventure without the river context.

Booking ahead is advisable. While only about 5% of the options we compare are flagged as likely to sell out, popular slots during peak seasons can fill quickly. Additionally, 62% of the tours offer instant confirmation, which makes last-minute planning easier if you secure a ticket early enough. Only one option offers free cancellation, so check the policy carefully before committing.

Sustainability is a growing focus for this activity. Among the options we compare, 5% are explicitly tagged as eco-friendly by their providers. However, please note that these tags are loosely applied and do not necessarily imply formal certification. If environmental impact is a priority, look for listings with explicit eco-tags or detailed sustainability descriptions in their itineraries.
