The majority of tours (80%) are classified as Food Tours, often combined with Wine Tasting elements. While these are culinary activities, they are firmly rooted in history, with 100% of the available options highlighting historical themes and 60% covering cultural aspects. This makes them a unique way to explore the site beyond just sightseeing.

The packages are quite comprehensive. Roughly 60% of the tours include meals, and 40% include drinks. Since these are primarily food and wine experiences, you can expect the cost to cover the tasting menu and beverages alongside the guided historical commentary. It is worth checking the specific listing details, as some may offer additional perks like hotel pickup, though that is not standard across all options.

Booking ahead is advisable. While 80% of the options we compare offer instant confirmation, which suggests reasonable inventory, the small number of total listings (only 5 distinct tour types) means slots can fill up. Additionally, only 40% of the options offer free cancellation, so securing your preferred time early gives you more flexibility if your plans change.

Currently, the tours we compare are offered exclusively in English. If you require a guide in another language, you would need to look for other attractions in Rome that offer multilingual groups, as this specific experience appears tailored to English-speaking travellers.
