Across the 17 tour options we compare, prices generally range from $17 to $64, with a median cost of around $35. The typical spread across all available listings is $9–$90. While you may find some basic entry-level options near the lower end, most comprehensive guided experiences fall within that central band.

The vast majority of tours are Cultural (94%) and Sightseeing Tours (82%), meaning you will likely spend your time exploring historical landmarks and learning about local heritage rather than engaging in high-adrenaline activities. Adventure-themed tours do exist but make up only 29% of the options; these tend to offer strong value, averaging 4.54★ at a price point of around $20.

Transportation is included in most bookings, with Bus (41%) and Minibus (41%) being the primary modes of transport. However, hotel pickup is less universal, offered by only 35% of the options. If you need door-to-door service, be sure to check the specific inclusions for each listing, as roughly two-thirds of tours require you to meet at a designated starting point.

Yes, private tours represent an unusually high share of the market here, accounting for 35% of the options we compare (roughly one-third). These are distinct from standard group sightseeing tours and often provide more flexibility. Note that while Private Tour is listed as a format for 29% of options, the higher percentage reflects the specific category of fully private experiences versus semi-private group formats.

Duration varies significantly depending on whether you choose a quick city overview or a deeper dive into the mines. Most tours run between 2.1 and 9 hours, with a median duration of 4 hours. You can expect shorter sightseeing walks to take around half a day, while full-day mine explorations or combined cultural trips will occupy the upper end of that range.

Flexibility is high across this destination. 94% of the tours we compare (16 out of 17) offer free cancellation, allowing you to reserve your spot without immediate financial risk. Additionally, 24% of options provide instant confirmation, so you can secure your place immediately after payment if you prefer not to wait for manual approval.

Guides are available in 5 languages: English, Italian, Portuguese, French, and Spanish. Since 88% of tours include a guide, you have good coverage for major European and American languages. If you require a language other than these five, availability will be limited, and you may need to look for self-guided audio options or specialized private arrangements.
