Ballon de Paris Generali: Aerial Tours & Flights

The options we compare across booking platforms span a wide range, from $21 to $1,103. The median price sits at $23, meaning you can find budget-friendly entry tickets or basic sightseeing passes near that mark. However, premium experiences like full hot air balloon rides drive the upper end of the spectrum significantly higher.

Sightseeing is the dominant theme here, accounting for 57% of the options we compare. In terms of activity type, the most common format is a standard Sightseeing Tour (43%), followed closely by Balloon Rides and Hot Air Balloon Rides, which each make up 29% of the listings. This mix allows travellers to choose between ground-level cultural exploration or aerial views depending on their budget and interest.

Booking ahead is often recommended to secure your slot. While only one option (14%) explicitly offers free cancellation, roughly half of the available tours (43%) provide instant confirmation. This means you can typically book and receive your voucher immediately without waiting for manual approval, which is useful for last-minute itinerary changes.

Most experiences are quite brief, with durations typically ranging from 10 to 12 minutes and a median time of just 10 minutes. These short formats suggest they are designed as quick add-ons or specific viewing sessions rather than all-day excursions. If you are looking for a longer cultural immersion, you may need to combine this with other activities in the area.

We compare options offered in four languages: English, French, Italian, and Portuguese. This coverage ensures that most international travellers will have access to guided commentary or instructions in their preferred language, though availability may vary by specific tour operator.

Across the 729 pooled reviews we aggregate from various booking platforms, the average rating is 3.8 stars. While this indicates generally positive feedback, it also suggests that experiences can vary in quality. It is worth reading recent reviews to gauge current service standards before booking.

There is a split between structured groups and flexible tickets. The majority of options (71%) are classified as Group Tours, where you join others for a shared experience. However, about a third of the listings (29%) are Open Tickets, which offer more flexibility if you prefer to arrive independently or travel alone.
