Most flights are concise experiences designed to maximize time in the air over key landmarks. The typical duration ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a median flight time of 50 minutes. You can expect a quick but intensive visual tour rather than a lengthy journey.

Yes, though they represent a small fraction of the market. Out of the 32 options we compare, only 4 (about 12%) are tagged as eco-friendly by their providers. If sustainability is a priority for your trip, you will need to filter specifically for these listings, as the majority of operators do not carry this designation.

Private options are available but not the standard format. While 62% of the tours we compare are guided and 47% are group tours, only 16% (or 4 specific listings) are explicitly tagged as private tours. These private flights offer more flexibility but generally sit at the higher end of the price spectrum.

Inclusions vary significantly by provider. Most basic listings focus on the flight itself, with 9% including taxes and 6% including entry tickets or equipment. Only 28% of the options explicitly list a guide included in the price. Hotel transfers are less common for this specific activity type compared to bus-based sightseeing tours, so travelers should check the "what's included" section carefully before booking.

The tours we compare are primarily offered in English, Russian, and German. If you require a tour in a language other than these three, your options will be very limited. We recommend confirming language availability directly with the operator during the booking process, especially for the smaller group or private flights.
