The majority of the options we compare (86%) include an entry ticket, but the experience varies by format. Roughly 29% of tours also feature a tram ride, which is helpful if you want to cover more ground without excessive walking. Since walking accounts for 57% of the movement in these tours, those without a tram should be prepared for a moderate amount of on-foot exploration.

Duration varies significantly depending on whether you choose a self-guided option or a structured group tour. Most experiences run between 48 minutes and 2.8 hours, with a median duration of about 2 hours. If you prefer a shorter visit, look for the self-guided formats, which tend to be on the quicker end of that range.

While skip-the-line access is not explicitly highlighted as a primary feature in the data, booking ahead is still advisable. Only 29% of the options offer instant confirmation, meaning many require manual processing. Securing your spot in advance ensures you get the specific time slot you want, especially since roughly half of the tours allow free cancellation if plans change.

We found tours offered in 7 different languages: English, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and Spanish. This wide selection makes it easier to find a guide who speaks your preferred language, though availability may vary by date. We recommend checking the specific listing details when booking to confirm language support for your chosen time.
