In such cases, no compensation will be made., If you’d like a Japanese-speaking guide, please understand that availability is limited, and we may not always be able to arrange one—especially for last-minute bookings. If that’s the case, an English-speaking guide will take care of you instead. We’ll let you know in advance if this happens., Smoking is not allowed on the tour vehicle. It is only permitted during breaks and only in designated smoking areas., Drinking alcohol and using or carrying drugs are not allowed on the vehicle or during the tour. If any of this is noticed,you will be forcibly removed from the tour, even while it is in progress., The U.S. National Park Service has announced a policy change regarding national park entrance fees. Starting January 1, 2026, an additional entrance fee of USD 100 per person will apply to non-U.S. residents when entering U.S. national parks. Please note that payment may be required on the day of the tour, so all guests are required to bring a valid credit card.
