If you have a preference, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly, subject to availability., By law, we cannot take more than 6 passengers per TukTuk. For larger groups, you’ll need to book multiple TukTuks separately, ensuring they start at the same time on the same day., Free rescheduling, refunds, or cancellations are available up to 24 hours before the activity. After this period, full charges will apply., No large items are allowed in the Tuk Tuk (such as suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, or electric scooters), If the client is delayed, the tour duration will be shortened accordingly, which may cause adjustments to the planned route. Delays exceeding 30 minutes will result in cancellation of the activity, with no refund issued., Our TukTuks have transparent rain covers, and we provide umbrellas if rain is forecast., Children under 7 years old are not legally allowed on tuktuks in Portugal, People with limited range of motion in their knees might find it hard to get in and out of the tuk tuk, This tour isn't recommend for people with back problems.
