The options we compare across booking platforms range from about $40 to $1,007, with a median price of $229. Most standard tours fall within the $86–$475 band. Prices vary significantly based on group size and inclusions; private tours tend to be at the higher end of this spectrum.

Tours generally last between 2 and 10 hours, with a median duration of around 5 hours. This allows enough time to explore the major sites in the Old City without feeling rushed, though shorter sightseeing walks are also available if you prefer a quicker overview.

Skip-the-line access is quite rare for this specific experience type. Only 1% of the options we compare (about 2 listings) explicitly include it. Most tours focus on guided commentary rather than expedited entry, so travellers should expect standard queue times unless they find one of these few specialized listings.

You have a strong preference for private experiences here. Roughly half of the options we compare (56%) are private tours, while about a third are group tours. If you prefer flexibility or a personalized itinerary, a private option is widely available. If you enjoy meeting other travellers, group tours make up a significant portion of the inventory as well.

Guides are available in 8 languages: English, French, Spanish, Hebrew, Russian, German, Italian, and Romanian. This wide selection ensures that most international visitors can find a guide in their native tongue, which is particularly helpful given the historical and religious complexity of the Old City.

Most tours include a professional guide, with 72% of options listing this as a standard feature. However, other common inclusions are less frequent. Hotel pickup and drop-off is included in only 13% of tours, and entry tickets are bundled in just 10%. Transport is rarely included, with walking being the primary mode of movement for 79% of options.
