Compare Best Luxor Balloon Tours

Across the 33 tour options we compare, prices generally fall between $170 and $303, with a median of $238. While you may find listings as low as $58 or as high as $522, the most common pricing band reflects a full-day experience that includes transport and guide services. We recommend checking specific inclusions to understand why some options sit at the higher end of that range.

Most of the options we compare are comprehensive sightseeing experiences rather than just balloon rides. 70% include a guide, while 42% cover both hotel pickup/drop-off and meals. Only about one-third (36%) explicitly list the hot air balloon ride itself as part of the package price, so it is important to verify whether the flight is the main activity or an add-on.

Yes, private tours are a significant portion of what is available. 61% of the options we compare (20 out of 33) are classified as private tours, which is unusually high for this type of activity. If you prefer a dedicated guide and flexible pacing over joining a larger group, more than half of the available choices will suit your needs.

These are substantial day-long commitments. The duration typically ranges from 11.6 hours up to 2 days, with a median length of 22 hours. Because the activities often combine ground sightseeing with early morning or late afternoon balloon flights, you should plan for a full day away from your accommodation.

The options we compare are offered in 8 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian, and Polish. This wide selection ensures that most international travellers can find a guide who speaks their preferred language comfortably.

Flexibility is widely available for this tour group. 85% of the options we compare (28 out of 33) offer free cancellation, and the same percentage provides instant confirmation. This makes it easy to book ahead without worrying about losing your money if your itinerary shifts.
