• Public transportation options are available nearby, Suitable for all physical fitness levels, Child Policy: No accompanying guest is allowed (include children who are under age of 3). Participants must be aged 8 or above. Eligible participants (aged 8-11) must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian who satisfies all programme requirements. A parent/guardian can accompany a maximum of two aged 8-11 eligible participants. Eligible participants, or in the case of participants under the age of 18, their accompanying parent/guardian must complete and sign a Health Declaration Form before commencing the programme., Participants must at all times strictly follow every instruction given by the Park's staff to the satisfaction of the staff giving the instruction. Any unnecessary accessories must not be worn; participants will be requested to put on working suit provided by the Park. Please bring warm clothes to be dressed under the working suit if necessary and wear a pair of clean and skid-proof hiking shoes. In case of emergency, participants must be able to quickly exit the activity venue under the guidance of Park's staff., All participants must pass a body temperature check before they commence the programme. If a participant's body temperature is outside the range of 36.8°C ± 0.4°C, then he or she may not be permitted to join the programme. Participants must not have open cuts or infections. Participants suffering from any disease (including, but not limited to fever, coughing, cold/flu, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, skin disease, heart disease, lung disease, haemophilia, epilepsy, fainting/giddiness/loss of consciousness when in close contact with animals, phobia of animals, or depressed immune mechanisms), under the influence of medication and/or alcohol are not recommended to participate in this programme., This programme is not recommended for any person who is pregnant., It is highly recommended to make a reservation via internet prior to attending the Park due to the limited capacity. Applications will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis., Date of programme must be booked a minimum of 2 days advance booking via Internet within 3 months from the date of application., Please arrive at the meeting place on time. Latecomers might not be admitted to the programme. No refund for no show and late arrival., The participant's name, confirmation letter and the credit card used for payment should be presented for verification on the date of visit., The date of programme cannot be changed for all confirmed bookings., A valid admission ticket to the Park is required for joining the programme. The price of the admission ticket is not included in the programme fee., No direct contact with panda will be offered during the programme.

The meeting place is your hotel lobby, or you will be advised to meet with your tour guide at the nearest departure point., If you stay in a local home or a hotel not in the pickup list, please inform of the address upon booking. No show at the meeting place will receive no refund., If you book an activity less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time, you are required to telephone the local tour supplier immediately right after your booking. The telephone number of the local tour supplier is displayed on your voucher. The office is open from 0700 to 2100 Hong Kong time. If no one answers the phone call after office hour, please telephone again at 0700 next day to add you in the pickup list. Otherwise the tour bus will not go to your hotel., Upon pickup, your tour guide will find you by eye contact, or read your name from the pickup list. Meeting point is hotel lobby or you will be advised of the nearest meeting place to meet with your guide. Please be waiting at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to departure. No refund for your no show or late arrival., The standard cancellation policy is: (1) a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. (2) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund., Children aged between 3 - 11 or seniors should bring along their passports or identity cards and present for entry., To prevent fraudulent bookings, the local tour operator will reject all requests of sending Ocean Park's E-ticket to you. Instead, the admission ticket will be given to you by your tour guide after a group photo is taken at the entrance of Ocean Park.
