2 Hour LoDo Historic Walking Tour in Denver

THIS TOUR REQUIRES 4 GUESTS TO START What's LoDo? I’m happy you asked! Lower Downtown is Denver’s oldest neighborhood which is home to some of the best restaurants and attractions in Denver. On this 2 hour walking tour your savvy local guide will share fascinating history and point out local hot spots, where to eat and drink. We walk about 1.5 miles where we bring to life the past, present, and future of our beloved city. This tour is perfect for those who have limited time and a busy schedule. At the end of the tour you will feel more like a local and less like a tourist! We begin the tour at iconic Union Station and its significance to the survival of Denver as a city. Over the next 2 hours we walk a loop around LoDo where we share stories of Denver’s first Chinatown, visit the most famous bordello of its time, visit the oldest operating hotel in Denver, and learn about the underground tunnel system that runs beneath the city. Bike & Brew: Beautiful Denver Downtown Tour by E-Bike or Bicycle

Join a knowledgeable local tour guide who will guide you safely through downtown Denver's most important and relevant tourist sights including historic buildings, architectural masterpieces, professional sports stadiums, scores of public art installations, parks and outdoor venues.  Tours go out daily.  Groups are small, 2-16 people with a tour guide to guest ratio of 1:9.  Duration of tour is 3 hours and approximately 9 miles.  TOWARDS THE END OF THE TOUR WE WILL STOP AT A TAP ROOM WHERE GUESTS CAN SAMPLE BEER FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY AT A  SLIGHT DISCOUNT.  THIS STOP IS APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES IN LENGTH AND THEN WE HEAD BACK TO THE SHOP.  GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN BEER TABS.  Minors are welcome to join their parents on the patio and have a soda and snack! E-bikes are available.

Join us for a bike tour through Denver’s vibrant neighborhoods and historic landmarks. We’ll start in the Five Points and RiNo Art District, famous for its breweries, galleries, and stunning murals. After a quick stop at the Central Market, we’ll pass by Coors Field, visit the lively Dairy Block, and explore the beautifully restored Union Station. Crossing Millennium Bridge, we’ll visit the Platte and Cherry Creek rivers’ convergence, home to the largest REI store in a historic tramway building. We’ll then bike along Cherry Creek to Larimer Square, Denver’s first commercial district, before heading past the Denver Performing Arts Complex, the Convention Center’s Big Blue Bear, and the Colorado State Capitol. Finally, we’ll ride through Cheesman Park and the quiet streets near City Park and Whittier, ending back in Five Points. This tour offers a perfect snapshot of Denver’s most interesting spots.

Denver Wine Walking Tour

Sip, savor and walk through the heart of downtown on this Denver wine tour featuring wines from some of the top urban wineries and wine bars in the Mile High City. From flights to bites, you’ll sample delicious wines carefully paired with food tastings at each of the three local restaurants you’ll visit. We’ll start with two wines and delicious French Asian fusion bites at a downtown spot run by an award-winning local chef. From there, we’ll walk just a few blocks through Union Station where we’ll enjoy two more wines paired with small plates at one of Denver’s newest wine bars run by a James Beard award-winning restaurant group. Our third and final stop will take us to the city’s newest micro-district, the Dairy Block, complete with colorful street art and beautiful lights strung above Denver’s coolest alley. There we’ll visit a tasting room for a final wine flight paired with locally-made chocolates.
