Yes. All 13 options we compare are listed as private tours. This means you will have your own dedicated instructor and kitchen space, rather than joining a large group. This format is consistent across every booking platform we analyze for this experience.

Tours are available in three languages: English, Tamil, and Hindi. Since all options are private, you can usually request your preferred language when booking. If you are traveling with family or friends who speak different languages, it is worth confirming availability during the reservation process.

Most sessions last between 3 and 4 hours, with a median duration of 3 hours. This allows enough time for market visits (where included), ingredient preparation, cooking instruction, and eating the meal you created. Always check the specific itinerary of the option you choose, as some may extend slightly beyond this range.

Booking ahead is highly recommended. With an average rating of 4.96 stars across 179 pooled reviews, these experiences are consistently praised by travelers. The review sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with common mentions of "wonderful," "delicious food," and "great experience." Because they are private tours, slots fill up quickly, especially during peak travel seasons.
