Among the 5 tour options we compare across booking platforms, prices generally range from $135 to $188, with a median of $135. The full spread for all available listings sits between $52 and $214. Most standard guided experiences fall within that core $135–$188 band.

Private tours are a standout feature here compared to many other day trips. Roughly 40% of the options we compare (2 of 5) are private tours, which is an unusually high share. This gives you flexibility in pacing and group size, though public group tours remain available for those seeking a more social atmosphere.

The experience is highly accessible linguistically. We find tours offered in 8 languages: English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, Italian, French, and general Chinese. This wide selection ensures most international travellers can find a guide in their preferred language.

This is a full-day commitment. The duration typically spans 11 to 12.7 hours, with a median length of about 11.5 hours. You should plan for a significant portion of your day, as these are structured as comprehensive cultural day tours rather than quick half-day stops.

Most packages are all-inclusive regarding logistics and meals. Specifically:

• Guide Included: Present in 60% of the options.
• Meals Included: Also present in 60% of the options.

These figures indicate that the majority of tours provide both professional guidance and food, reducing the need to budget separately for lunch or tips during the excursion.

Convenience features are available but not universal. Approximately 40% of the tours offer free cancellation, and another 40% provide instant confirmation. If you prefer certainty upon booking without waiting for manual approval, look for the instant confirmation tag among the listed options.
