Across the options we compare, prices generally fall between $111 and $397, with a median price of $269. While the typical spread can range from around $85 to $680 depending on group size and inclusions, most travellers find their best value within that central band. We always recommend checking multiple booking platforms to find the specific listing that fits your budget.

Every option we compare includes a professional guide, ensuring you get local context for the cultural sites. Beyond that, about half of the tours offer hotel pickup and drop-off, which is convenient for exploring remote villages. Some packages also include meals or transportation provided via car or minivan, though taxes are only included in a minority of listings. Always check the "what's included" section before booking to avoid surprise costs.

Yes, private tours are a significant part of this category. Roughly 57% of the options we compare are private tours, meaning you can tailor the pace and itinerary to your group. This is ideal if you prefer flexibility over joining a larger group, though it usually comes at a higher price point than shared group experiences.

Most tours take up a significant portion of your day, lasting between 6.2 and 8 hours, with a median duration of 7 hours. This allows enough time to visit multiple villages without rushing. If you have a tight schedule, look for shorter sightseeing snippets, but be aware that the majority of highly-rated options are full-day experiences.

Tours are available in four languages: English, German, Polish, and Greek. Since English is widely spoken in tourism, you will find plenty of options in that language. However, if you prefer German, Polish, or Greek, you may need to filter your search more carefully as those options are less common across all platforms.

Booking ahead is highly recommended, especially for private tours and peak season travel. About 71% of the options we compare offer free cancellation, giving you flexibility to change plans if needed. Instant confirmation is also available on roughly 71% of listings, allowing you to secure your spot immediately after payment.
