1. Promotion Overview
- Promotion Period: 00:00 PST, July 11, 2025 – 23:59 PST, July 31, 2025
- Offer: Receive 8% cashback on qualifying tour bookings made through TourTeller.
- Payout Method: Cashback will be delivered via Tremendous (gift cards or PayPal).
2. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 or older with a verified TourTeller account.
- Must book a tour via product links on the TourTeller website while signed in.
- Offer is valid worldwide, where local laws and OTA partner services permit.
- One account per person. Duplicate, fraudulent, or self-referral accounts are not eligible.
3. Qualifying Purchases
A booking qualifies when all of the following are true:
- You clicked a TourTeller product link (web or mobile) while signed in to your account.
- The booking is paid for between 11–31 July 2025 PST.
- The experience is attended and marked “completed” by the partner OTA (no cancellations, no‑shows, or open disputes).
- The partner confirms the net booking amount (excluding taxes, fees, insurance, or add‑ons).
Re‑booking after cancellation counts as a new booking only if the new payment is also made within the promotion period.
4. Reward Calculation
- Cashback = 8% × partner-confirmed net booking value (excluding taxes, fees, insurance, and add-ons).
- Currency will be converted to USD using the mid-market rate from Wise on payout day.
- Maximum cashback per person: $100 USD (or local equivalent).
- TourTeller reserves the right to cap rewards or disqualify suspicious behavior.
5. Cashback Delivery
- Cashback will be issued via Tremendous, a third-party rewards platform.
- You will receive an email within 7–14 days after your tour is completed.
- Reward options include:
- Gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, etc.)
- PayPal (Monetary options incur fees.)
- And more, depending on your country
6. Fees & Redemption Notes
- If you choose a monetary option (e.g., PayPal, Wise), a small fee will be deducted from your cashback by Tremendous.
- To avoid fees, you may choose from gift cards with no redemption fees.
- TourTeller does not control these fees and does not profit from them.
7. Verification & Payout Process
- Automatic tracking applies when you click a TourTeller link while signed in.
- Partner platforms typically confirm booking status within 7–30 days after your travel.
- Once verified, cashback rewards are processed in our bi-weekly payout batches (on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month).
- You will receive your reward within 30 days of tour completion at the latest.
8. Exclusions & Limitations
- Bookings not tracked through TourTeller due to ad-blockers, VPN, or improper session flow.
- Cancelled, refunded, disputed, or unreported bookings.
- Group/corporate bookings or bookings made with gift cards or credit.
- Cashback applies only to eligible product base price, not to taxes, fees, or insurance.

10. Data & Privacy Consent
By participating, you consent to TourTeller collecting and sharing booking data (booking ID, transaction value, travel date) with partners solely for reward verification. Data is handled under TT’s Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
TourTeller is not the seller of travel services. TT’s liability is limited to the value of the advertised reward. TT is not responsible for partner‑site errors, technical failures, or events beyond reasonable control.
12. Changes & Early Termination
TourTeller may amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time with reasonable notice (email or website banner) if required by operational, security, or legal considerations.
