- TourTeller does not guarantee the publication of any submitted content on its platforms, including but not limited to social media channels, YouTube, and blogs.
- TourTeller makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reach, or engagement of any published content.
4. Use of Submitted Content
- By submitting content, collaborators grant TourTeller an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any media.
- This includes the right to incorporate the content into other works or promotional materials, without compensation to the collaborator.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Collaborators affirm that they own all rights to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses from third parties.
- Submitted content must not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others.
6. Indemnification
- Collaborators agree to indemnify and hold harmless TourTeller, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the submitted content or any breach of these terms and conditions.
7. No Warranty
- TourTeller provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the collaboration or any outcomes resulting from it.
- All services and content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
- TourTeller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this collaboration.
9. Confidentiality
- Any confidential information shared during the collaboration must remain confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
10. Modification of Terms
- TourTeller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Changes will be communicated to collaborators, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
