Most of the options we compare across booking platforms fall into the $77–$120 price range, with a median cost of around $80. While you may see listings stretching from $74 up to $250, the majority sit within that core band. These experiences are substantial commitments, typically lasting between 5.2 hours and 1 day, with a median duration of about 9 hours. This reflects the time needed for the hike itself rather than just a quick photo stop.

This is firmly an outdoor activity for those who enjoy movement. The data shows that 92% of the tours we compare are tagged as Hiking, and 100% are categorized under Nature themes. If you are looking for a purely passive sightseeing experience, this might be too active. However, if you want immersion in the landscape, the focus on Adventure (38%) and Relaxation (69%) suggests a balance of physical effort and scenic enjoyment.

You have flexibility here. The vast majority of options we compare (77%) are Group Tours, which is often the best way to meet other travellers. However, if you prefer a dedicated guide and a customized pace, there are 3 private tour options available among the listings we track. Private tours tend to be at the higher end of the price spectrum, so check the specific details if budget is a primary concern.

Yes, sustainability seems to be a priority for many operators in this category. Roughly 62% of the tours we compare are tagged as eco-friendly. While these tags are applied by the platforms and not necessarily third-party certified, they indicate that the guides likely follow practices aimed at minimizing environmental impact. It is worth filtering for this tag if sustainable travel is important to you.

Transport logistics vary by operator. For the majority of tours (62%), the primary mode of getting around the site is Walking. However, 15% of the options include Car transport, which could mean hotel pickup or shuttle service to the trailhead. Since only 15% explicitly list Guide Included in the common features, you should verify if the car transport is part of a guided package or if you are responsible for navigating to the meeting point yourself.

The options we compare are offered in 2 languages: Spanish and English. You will find both language options available across the different booking platforms, but availability can depend on the specific date and operator. It is advisable to confirm your preferred language when booking, especially since only a small fraction of tours explicitly highlight 'Guide Included' in their broad feature tags.
